Just joined, but hoping to meet some lovely people when I go to France next week!

None on this site but kind of always having people to stay and ending up staying with people anyway! Brilliant!

I love swing!!! And western swing, and soul and good ol' blues, and proper old r'n'b (not the new stuff..)bluegrass and all good music!!

Books oh my goodness! -So many I can't think right now! Recently been reading lots of John Irving...but also Peter Hoeg, Milan Kundera, Jeanette Winterson, Dostoyevsky.

Films, also escaping me right now. Loved "Being John Malkovich", "Like Water For Chocolate", "Pulp Fiction". Just watched "Up" the Pixar animation. -Loved Doug the dog!

Uma Coisa Incrível que Eu Fiz

I was in a circus! Played the saw in Sydney opera house. Heard Nina Simone sing -she was awesome! Saw a whale in Sydney Harbour. Playing music with amazing musician friends. Having a fabulous dance. -But just being with friends, family, a lover, sharing great food and laughing so hard you can't stop -nothing really beats that!

I play the double bass -I'm a slapper so I can teach that. I also play musical saw so if you want to learn... Loved teaching trapeze -don't have one rigged right now though. English is my first language and I speak a little bad Spanish, French and German, so maybe you can help me? Then there's cooking I love to learn new recipes and can show you how to make the worlds best chocolate brownies, tiramisu and chinese chicken noodle soup!
