Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To live, learn, experience and be green. To give back at least as much I have been fortunate to get."
ABOUT ME
Born and raise in a coastal community, but found out 34 years later that I am really a desert/mountain/river rat. Better late than never!
PHILOSOPHY
"If you're bored then you're boring" (thanks Harvey Danger).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING As a host and a surfer.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have hosted many friends, friends of friends, and occasionally complete strangers. All informally, love the idea of a formal way to do this sort of thing. So far I have hosted more than 200 CSers since February 2010 and surfed myself a few times in the US, Canada and South America. All positive experiences.
Interests
Outdoors (hiking/camping/kayaking/skiing/boarding/snowshoeing/biking/etc.), travel, history, food, reading, living and learning, environment, public transportation nerd, wilderness, urbanism.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
