ABOUT ME

I am a fun-loving person who is always looking to see or experience something new. School takes up a lot of time and energy so any chance I get I simply jump a plane and explore. Traveling is a different kind of learning that is just as valuable as anything you learn in the classroom. I always try to remind myself that being away isn't the true magic in traveling, it's learning from people. That's something we can do from our own homes everyday and we will be better for it.

Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed throughout France, Switzerland, Ireland, and Peru. All experiences were amazing. I stayed with a newly wed couple, a winer, a national DJ, a nuclear engineer, and a soccer player. HOw crazy is that?!? Back home, my group of friends tend to have the same interests as me. It's only when you travel that you get to know people with completely different ways of life that you might not as easily open yourself to back home. That's the beauty of this site. To be a Roman when in Rome. And for free no less... This is an amazing website.

Interesses

I love reading a good book, poem, or quote, that refreshes my soul and reminds me of why I am here. I love meeting new people from different states and countries and debating about politics and the meaning of life and such. Most of all, I love to travel and immerse myself in entirely new cultures and languages.
