Holaaaaa!!! Soy jUanjo... a funny guy from Madrid... I don't like to describe myself... I prefer people made an appointment with me so then can say how I am and get their own opinion.

Cuz I am whatever you say I am.

I love sports, practicing and watching them, and most of my trips involve sport events all around the world, such:
* Half Marathon in Bulgaria... my fastest race in the distance!!! :)

* Ironman Lanzarote 2010 -- I'm a Finisher!!!
* EU Basketball Championship 2009 in Katowice (Poland) and 2011 in Kaunas (Lithuania)
* Final Four Basketball 2009 in Berlin,
* Champions League 2008 in Eindhoven (PSV 0 - Atletico 3... best game in my life!!!),
* Spain Formula One Race in Barcelona (every year from 2002 to 2010),

As you can see... I'm crazy with sports!!! And I'm loyal supporter of Atletico de Madrid, Estudiantes, Napoli SC, L.A. Lakers and Richmond Tigers!!!

Lately I'm getting too many requests from people that don't read my profile and doesn't have real interest in sharing travelling experiences and just want a free couch.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love to meet new friends from all around the world and like people come to visit my place and enjoy with my delicious meals. I love cooking for people since I feel really happy watching their smily faces and big stomachs after my no-less than 2 dishes meals I use to cook!!! So if you wanna try to eat all I cook... just come to visit me :D

SURFING:

- Milano: 1 day with Daniele, Valeria and Deborah knowing the delicious "aperitivo"!!!
- Krakow: a funny drink with Ishbel and her sarcastic sense of humor!!!
- Bologna: 2 days con la angelical Rosa e la sua deliziosa pasta!!!
- Firenze: 1 day with Andrea, a crazy Vespa driver... scherzo!!! And enjoying a CS party organized by Gianluca with people around the world.
- Rome: 1 night with Peppe, a fantastic italian guy that showed me the amazing Rome at night. I'll always appreciate all your help!!
- Vitoria-Gasteiz: 2 nights with Sonia, a fantastic girl that took me with her friends from OhVitoria! to different social activities she organized (pintxo-pote, winetasting, walk along the riverside, delicious country meal)
- Fez (Morocco): 2 times 4 days at Soukaina's family house enjoying with the warm hospitality of moroc people, travelling around the country visiting beautiful cities and having a relaxed time eating the tipical deliciuos dishes. Love you Souka!!
- Perugia (Italy): 2 days at Fred's house with his lovely cats and mosquitoes having delicious dinners and listening a lot of wonderful classic music and his fantastic piano songs.
- Napoli (Italy): 2 days at Valeria's nice place with a lot of beautiful pictures in every wall of the house.
- Vilnius: 1 day at Vaiva's place having a nice day walking and drinking a lot of beers with her friends.
- Kaunas: 3 days at Ruta's place having a relaxing time with such wonderful person and her funny boyfriend.
- Kaunas: 3 days at Ernesta's house with Lauras partying, drinking, eating big meals and enjoying with basketball.
- Puente Arce: 2 wonderful days with Mara & Goyo in their beautiful rainy town in Santander while I was participating in the "Infierno del Cantabrico" competition.
- Vienna: 2 amazing days with Dani having fun with sports, live music and drinking a loooot of beers!!!
- Siracuse (Sicily): 2 fantastic days with Liliana, Serena, Simona, Floriana and Barbara in their funny student's appartment improving my italian.
- Catania (Sicily): 2 relaxing days at Angelo's learning about reflexologia.
- Los Angeles (USA): 7 days in different periods at Edward and Lorenzo's nice home in Venice Beach, eating delicious healthy meals and meeting other Csers they were hosting at the same time.
- San Diego (USA): 1 day with my lovely friend Joanna in her beautiful friend's appartment. I enjoyed the nice walk and dinner with you girlfriend.
- San Diego (USA): 2 days with the adorable Jennifer and Keith... and their different animals!!! I enjoyed having great spanish/english conversations and good meals.
- Couch Couch Fest in San Vito lo Capo (Sicily): a fantastic CS beach meeting with a lot of incredible couchsurfers from all around the world.
- London (UK): 2 days at Reinaldo's flat, visiting the museum where he works, listening his favourite music and having great conversations and breakfasts.
- London (UK): 1 day with my "paisanos" Zahida and Fer flat enjoying with great meals and a beautiful walk in the park.
- Torino (Italy): 3 days with Cris in her lovely flat, enjoying with her friends, eating a lot of delicious food and drinking deliciuos beers and wine meanwhile we hear good music and have nice conversations.
- Milano (Italy): 2 days with my lovely friends Andrea & Cristina in their cozy home in Baggio, eating lots of pizza and having a great time with their family... and meeting their future baby Anita :)
- Dublin (Ireland): 3 party nights with my friend Milikza at the amazing & fantastic Ricardo's place with his housemates and friends.
- Plzen (Czech Rep): 3 wonderful days with Eva and Fatine, her other couchsurfer, enjoying lots with the city, music concert and festivals, typical food and beers!!!
- Praha (Czech Rep): 2 nights with Dasha and Boris, with whom I spent a delicious spanish lunch and a funny karaoke meeting organized by them with other csers from all around the world.

- Mariana & Alex: 3 days with this polite and jolly brothers. We visited the city together and partied in a CS meeting.

Movies: don't have much time for movies but I like dramatic and thrillers, but can see any genre. -- Favourite Movies: Excalibur, Braveheart, Schindler's List, The Lord of the Rings, Rocky, Evasion o Victoria, Shawshank Redemption...

Books: I use to read historical books from ancient empires(romans, greeks, persians), mistery and sci fi. -- Favourite writers: E.A.Poe, Ken Follet, Frank Schatzing, George RR Martin...

I collect books from E.A.Poe in the main language of the countries I use to visit.

Music: I love going to festivals and listen to any kind of music... every genre has its own beauty... I love going to live concerts and music festivals. -- Favourite Song: Stand by me (Ben.E.King) and What a wonderful world (Louis Armstrong) -- Favourite Bands/Artists: Rammstein, Heroes del Silencio, Extremoduro, Frabrizio de Andrè, Depeche Mode.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

- Travelling alone during 7 summers (Australia, USA twice and Europe 4 times)
- Becoming an Ironman Finisher twice: in Lanzarote 2011 and Madrid km0 in 2015.
- Doing three complete "Caminos de Santiago" : Camino del Norte (2013) Camino Portugués (2014) y Camino Primitivo (2015)... I discovered beautiful places and cool people... and specially myself: the most spiritual experiences of my life.
