I am a German citizen who grew up in then-walled-in West-Berlin. After a year in the US I have worked in a number of development-related organizations and lived between 6 months and 5 years in various countries in Africa doing development finance. I enjoy living in foreign countries, working together and interacting with the people there and experiencing differences - in customs, approaches, ideas, food, climate, landscape, ....
