Guy who's travelling by myself right now in Seoul.
Trying to get a life in Bangkok. I enjoy all things that a metropolis has to offer, but what I really love are the the more locals things, for instance the Thai bars here, that have a very different vibe from the other ones.
I'm very easy-going. Love to travel, meet new people, talk, go for drinks, clubbing, eat out,..whatever. I try to take things as they come: a wasted day is the one without laughs.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I hosted CS-ers a few times in my hometown in The Netherlands.
I've been living in Bangkok now for 3 years, renting a small apartment. No spare bedroom and a small couch..so VERY limited facilities for someone to crash. But I still love to show people around the city...day- AND nighttime.
I hosted some folks from Czech, Germany, the USA and China. I visited some CS-ers in Thailand and the US. All of these were good experiences, some of them where even fantastic, and I'll go out of my way to see those new friends again in the future.
Love to shop, club and dance, eat, drink and cook, sports and game, the movies, talk for hours...Everything can be enjoyable, if the company is good.
I'm not someone who can sit around and do nothing for a longer period of time, haha..
Music, Movies, and Books
Movies/series: Goodfellas, Big Night, Heroes, Densha Otoko, Soprano's, Departures.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Becoming best friends with someone in three days time. Watching a triple rainbow. Learning to dive. Rediscovering my own boundaries.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well..what do I (think I) have to offer...? I can teach you to shoot pool, have stupid discussions 'bout philosophy, make cocktails and cook almost everything. But mostly: I can show you the Thai side of Bangkok.places that most tourists/visitors will never see.
If you're staying at my place, I'll try to make your stay as pleasant and interesting as possible.
