About Me

my current mission:
figuring out how to turn my future degree into a fulfilling occupation
travelling to distant places and losing the fear of the unknown

i'm a child at heart and i love good food, friendly people, the outdoors and peaking into lit living rooms in the evening time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

my couchsurfing experience:
many years ago, i stumbled into an improvised couchsurfing in Tallinn on the Estonian Independence day - and ended up spending half my holiday on couches of the amazing people i met this night (and later on their friends' and relatives' couches - thanks!)

since then i was welcomed on several couches during my Interrail Trip through South East Europe in 2013, which I kept all in really good memory. I also couchsurfed in Canada, Israel and Jordan, and I am already looking forward to the next experience.

right now, I am living in a student dorm in Göteborg, Sweden, and even though the hosting options are quite limited here, I still hope that I can give back this way.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I love these very special talks when host and surfer have dinner, and you try to tell your opposite about all the things that are important to you, and about everything amazing you ever experienced, because you are so thankful for meeting an openminded person, and for having another proof that people from the other end of the world can easily think along the same lines as you.

I am also extremely grateful for all the small and big ways random encounters with people have inspired me to reflect, to see new ways of leading a good life, to challenge my beliefs.
