🎵I enjoy rock music especially Brit pop, J-pop and Cantonese old songs.

🎬 Emir Kusturica and Alice Rohrwacher are my favorite directors. I'm also fascinated by old Hollywood films, such as those by Alfred Hitchcock, as well as John Ford's "How Green Was My Valley" and "The Grapes of Wrath." Among Chinese-language films, my favorites are by Edward Yang, Ang Lee and Ann Hui.

📖 American literature has had a deep influence on me, especially Moby-Dick and The Grapes of Wrath, as well as the Beat Generation and David Foster Wallace. I also love Elena Ferrante’s Neapolitan Novels, Chinese literature from Hong Kong and Taiwan, and Southeast Asian literature from Singapore and Malaysia

2）As a journalist, if you're willing to share your story with me, I can take photos or make a video for you if you don't mind.
3）If you have time, we can take a walk in the city and explore something different , watch a movie, or attend a live performance.
4）I can cook some simple Chinese food and I enjoy having local dishes with my host or guest and have some interesting talks during the meal. Surely, I will share the bill for food.
