关于我
Hey everyone :)
My name’s Freddi and I live in a cozy little minimalist house tucked away in a backyard in Düsseldorf, Germany. I finished my training in December 2024 and have been working as a physiotherapist in an orthopedic practice ever since.
In my free time, I love staying active—most of the time you’ll find me bouldering, running, dancing bachata, drawing, cooking, working out, doing a bit of yoga, or just chilling in the park. Oh, and recently I started learning how to juggle… it’s still a bit chaotic, but I’m getting there 😄
Unfortunately, my job doesn’t leave me as much time to travel as I’d like, so I try to make the most of every vacation—exploring new places and meeting people from all over the world. I’m always up for an adventure, and I’m on a personal mission to grow, stay humble, and discover what really brings happiness and balance in life.
我为什么加入 Couchsurfing
I’ve realized that traditional hotel stays just don’t excite me anymore. They often feel impersonal and predictable. What I’m really after are unique experiences—those unexpected moments that you can’t plan for. Couchsurfing opens the door to that. Every new connection is a surprise, and it’s a priceless way to experience life from someone else’s perspective.
When you meet people through Couchsurfing, you get the chance to truly understand the local culture—not just the version that’s tailored for tourists. It’s about the stories, the small details, and those authentic experiences that you simply wouldn’t get otherwise. Plus, it’s a great way to build connections and make friendships that last longer than just a quick trip.
What I also really appreciate about the Couchsurfing community is its generosity and enthusiasm toward the world and life in general. It’s inspiring to meet so many open-hearted people who share a genuine desire to connect, explore, and learn from each other

音乐、电影和书籍
I’m a big fan of music and honestly, I enjoy pretty much every genre—it really depends on the vibe and situation. Sometimes I’m in the mood for something upbeat, other times something more chill. Music is all about feeling, right? 🎶
As for movies, I wouldn’t say I’m a huge movie buff. I prefer to spend my time appreciating the world around me, soaking in real-life experiences rather than fictional stories. But I do enjoy the occasional film when the mood strikes!
我做过的一件不可思议的事情
I love those moments when you truly realize what matters in life. When you come to understand that materialism, comparing ourselves to others, and the constant pressure to succeed hold no real value.
These are the moments when you suddenly notice that something as simple as breathing, feeling the grass beneath your feet, the cold water on your skin, or a warm hug can be the most beautiful things life has to offer. It’s in those moments that everything becomes clear, and you feel completely present.
In line with that, one amazing and unforgettable experience I had was spending a few days alone in a small cabin in the Italian Alps. My task was to clean the place and help out with work in the mountains. It wasn’t easy—sometimes I felt lonely, scared, and I struggled just to keep the fire going so I could cook. But even though it was tough, it was a unique experience that taught me a lot about myself, about resilience, and about what’s truly important in life.
教,学,和分享
I love the idea of exchanging knowledge and skills—it's one of the best ways to connect with others and grow.
What I can teach:
As a physiotherapist, I can share some insights about health, movement, and how to train in a way that supports your body in the long run.
I can also help with German or basic English, depending on what you're curious about. And if you're up for it, I’d be happy to share some tips for doing a proper handstand—it's one of my favorite physical challenges!
What I want to learn:
I’m always curious to learn something new—whether it’s a different way of thinking, a creative skill, or just a new recipe.
What I’d love to share:
Good conversations, honest moments, and a few laughs. I'm a calm, respectful person and I enjoy creating a warm atmosphere where people feel comfortable and seen. Sharing a walk, a homemade meal, or a quiet moment in nature—that’s the kind of connection I truly value.
我可以与沙发主分享些什么
I’m someone who values a calm, respectful atmosphere, and I always try to adapt to the rhythm of the place I’m in. I’m happy to help out wherever support is needed—whether that’s with small tasks around the house, sharing meals, or simply bringing positive energy into the space.
If you're interested, I’d love to exchange ideas about health and movement, language, travel stories, or just life in general. I can cook a good meal, help with training tips, or join you for a walk or some music.
Most of all, I bring a curious mind, a reliable character, and a genuine appreciation for being welcomed into someone else’s world.
