Overview
About Me
Hey there, I’m Frederik. I was born in Germany, but since a few years ago I have been living outside of my home country.
It’s worth noting that I fall out of the norm in some areas—so if you’re looking for someone to go out with for sightseeing, coffee, drinks or meals, please know it’s rather unlikely that I will join you. We probably won’t share meals at home, either, since I eat a plant-based diet.
That said, if you bring dried or fresh fruits and vegetables, or would like to even prepare something vegan, that will be appreciated.
I thoroughly enjoy good conversations, so if we don’t go out together but can have a great time chatting at home, I’m all for it. This is my low-key favorite, actually.
If you are fine with all of the above and know how to have a good time by yourself as much as in good company, I am confident that we are going to get along well. In that case, don’t hesitate to send me a message and I’ll get back to you shortly. Please include at least one thing we could do together.
I try to respond to everyone who contacts me, but please understand that I cannot accept every request.
Interests
My favorite sport is rock climbing—in the gym as much as outdoors.
I thoroughly enjoy deep conversations about what is most raw, personal and meaningful.
I am interested in wholistic health, nutrition, and exercise. If you're a health nut, I want to meet you!
The same goes for if you are neurodivergent :)

What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m trilingual, so if you want to practice English, German, or Spanish, just talk to me in your target language and I’ll help you improve.
I’m always looking for genuine connections, and from experience that's most likely to happen with people who are a bit different from the norm. I connect especially well with fellow neurodivergent individuals (autism/Asperger's, ADHD, highly sensitive people, etc.).
