I am a 32-year old teacher, and currently also enjoying the honour of being the local football coach on the island where I live. I used to be engaged in local politics and have represented my party as president of the regional children and youth council.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I first signed up many years ago with hopes of being able to participate in any events at home. Now I am also finally able to open my home to visitors. It isn't necessarily that easy to find in the searches as I live on a small island out in the ocean. Couchsurfing has given me some wonderful moments around the world. Hopefully it will keep doing that, but I will be happy to give something back as well.

Interessen

Outdoor activities, landscape photography, travelling (roadtrips and backpacking), guitar, philosophy (dreaming, remembering, loving, thinking).

Musik, Filme und Bücher

Music can take me anywhere. I associate certain songs with certain moments. Some songs take me back to Cape Town, others take me to an open field on the Norwegian coast, under a clear blue sky. Some songs just make me happy, some songs make me dream.
