Overview
About Me
I'm an auditor for a respectable company. I speak both English and Spanish. I took only 1 year of French in college and would love to brush up.
I always maintain a positive energy in everything I do. I like to make people laugh, make them feel comfortable and provide a unique life experience.

I think it's exciting to have friends all over the world. You never know if this person can end up being your best friend.

What to expect if If you decide to stay with me 🙋🏼♂️:
I will first show you around my neighborhood so you can get familiarized for occasions you need something and I'm at work (supermarket, barbershop, bar, pharmacy, etc). Tips on safety, have you download transportation apps on your phone and me showing you how to use them so you can know your way around and my contact (work) for emergencies.
After that I won't see you as much since I work a lot 😭😅.
However, if you do wish me to accompany you, please let me know in advance so I can request the day off.
On my days off (Tuesdays and Wednesdays), I can show you around the spots only locals know. I can guide you to the Spanish spots of Queens such as Jackson Heights. I know lots of different restaurants from countries all over the world (Cuban 🇨🇺, Turkish 🇹🇷, Peruvian 🇵🇪, Japanese 🇯🇵 and Indian 🇮🇳 cuisines are my favorites).
As a New York native, I can get you inside a lot of museums for free (Museum of Natural History, MoMA, etc). I would prefer to do it on my work days so I can get you inside and then for me to head to work.
On Tuesday, we will go to my weekly Couch Surfing meeting (200+ members).
You will have the opportunity to meet other couch surfers that you might want to hang out on the days I'm working.
I'm extremely laid back so you should expect lots of jokes, laughs and to share a drink 🍻 .
I live in Briarwood which is one of the safests areas of New York. My neighborhood has a supermarket, Bar, lots of restaurants and reliable transportation to the city (E, F or LIRR Trains) within walking distance.
I work in the city but I live in Queens because I bought an apartment there.
My apartment is closer to JFK and La Guardia airports than Manhattan.
I live alone in a 1 bedroom apartment. I have an extra bed in my bedroom where you can sleep. But you can sleep on the couch if you prefer. I been living in New York all my life. There's a bar near my apartment for the days you want to get a drink and don't want to go too far.
I provide an Air conditioning apartment, WiFi, lots of entertainment (Xbox, Playstation and Virtual Reality). There's a 24 hour laundry service available inside my building.
I can cook you Spanish food. Good Colombian coffee (Juan Valdez - Starbucks is not very popular in Colombia).
I lift weights at a GYM called "Blink". You're welcome to come with me if you wish.
