Music, Movies, and Books
I adore cinema! I watch tons of movies (preferably good ones...) I love Almodovar, Kusturica, Woody Allen, Fellini, Hitchcock and all the great directors in the history of cinema. I don't like action nor stupid hollywood movies (ok sometimes I also watch some very stupid comedies just to laugh...) Some randomly chosen:The Godfather, Breakfast at Tiffany's, Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain, For whom the bell tolls, Adam's rib, all Hitchcock's, Anatomy of a murder, Kings of convinience, Fabrizio de Andrè, Marc Anthony, Fiona Apple, Regina Spektor, Florence and the machine, Marlene Kuntz, Coldplay, Kaiser Chiefs, Le petit prince, Extremely loud incredibly close, The star rover, La casa de los espíritus Ultimately anything that gives me strong emotions and make me feel how I want to feel
One Amazing Thing I've Done
A whole day at the beach from dawn till dusk:staring at the sunrise from the sea, stuck by amazement; keep staying on the beach and then staring once again at the sunset on the other side, goosebumps by amazement... Have signed to CouchSurfing ;-)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to make the best plate of pasta with bolognese sauce, the most delicious plate of lasagna and a terrific tiramisù. I'd love to learn what you love to do and love to teach...:-) although I don't like this teaching/learning paradigm and prefer to share our skills and abilities I recently started a purcussion course so I'm totally addicted to any kind of percussions especially afro-cuban ones (congas, bongos, timbales, etc.) ;-)
My Interests
Carribbean dances, salsa salsa salsa!!! I love old movies especially B&W and I'm also very fond of good wine, sushi, cooking, sustainable tourism, stupid jokes, computer science. I don't watch much TV but lately I really enjoyed few shows like: How I met your mother, The big bang theory and Modern family
