I love quirky and original books. Favourite books include Phillip Pullman's Dark MAterials and Micheal Faber's Crimson Petal. My taste in music is more eclectic. Anything from Kylie to the Killers, Hot Chip or Kanye West. As for movies, again I don't like anything that lacks originality but don't just go for independent films. I'm happy enough to giggle at Ben Stiller and other fratpackers.
