Hi there! I'm Gabby, a 23 year old student currently travelling through Europe! I have enjoyed meeting alot of new people from all over the world and would like to meet some more! I am studying music so I love to sing and see live music as well as meet up with friends and go out. Why I'm on Couchsurfing

I would love to meet some more people from all over the world, and I think that couch surfing is a really great way to do so. In my travels, friends have been really generous to allow me to stay with them, and I want to be involved in couch surfing so that I may offer the same generosity to people travelling once I have arrived home.

I love jazz and sing opera, so there is a range!! Nina Simone, Erykah Badu, Sharon Jones and the Dap Kings, Robert Glasper, Bonobo, James Brown, Ella Fitzgerald, Amy Winehouse. I love the operas La Boheme and Carmen. When it comes to films Love Actually is a favourite as well as 10 Things I Hate About You, and I also get addicted to series' such as New Girl and Friends. I enjoy writing as much as reading, especially reading autobiographies such as 'Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow' by Sophia Loren and also biographies on Nina Simone. I find the stories of women in the world very inspiring!

One Amazing Thing I've Done

I travelled to India and Nepal with my best friend when I was 19, which was one of the most amazing experiences in my life. Hang gliding in Nepal and an Indian camel safari are two of the man highlights.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach singing! If you want to learn I can try and teach you. I am classically trained so its quite an interesting technique if you are interested! I like to learn about history, particularly European because I love being in a place and trying to understand how it came to be that way. I can share a positive outlook and would like to learn about new things especially languages. I can share easy-going relaxed company too!
