I am a 23 year old student that currently resides in Minnesota. I am studying botany in the hopes of becoming either a field researcher or an herbalist. Right now I spend most of my free time working as a server at a vegan restaurants in the art district of minneapolis. Other than that I spend time reading, writing, hooping, doing yoga, painting, hanging out with friends, going to see music. I also write a blog about plant based restaurants around the world as well as botany & travel tips. I’m very new to couchsurfing and I can’t wait to explore and meet amazing people from all over the world. ~
