I’m an engineer and industrial designer who moonlights as a filmmaker, photographer, and occasional snowboard crash-test dummy. I’ve spent over a decade traveling the world, and if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that people make the best stories—not the places (though snow-covered mountains or a sunset over the ocean can be the story of their own). I live in Norway, split my time abroad, and try to balance deep conversations with silly ones. Whether it’s hiking a mountain, playing music, or pretending I’m a wine connoisseur, I’m always chasing experiences (and sometimes dogs—just to pet them).

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I love cozy and friendly atmosphere and I really like to learn culture from the inside:)
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: Blues, alternative rock, and the occasional guilty pleasure pop anthem. Movies: Anything that leaves you rethinking your life or just makes you laugh your ass off. Books: Philosophy, design, classic literature and anything that makes me sound smarter than I really am.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I've seen meteorite flying over my town.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to make a killer "Solyanka", fix almost anything with duct tape and a little optimism, or even give you some debatably useful snowboarding tips. I’d love to learn your favorite local secrets—be it food, wine, or the best places to watch the sunset. And I’m always up for sharing great stories, good food, and laughs that make you forget the time.
What I Can Share With Hosts
A feast from my kitchen—whether it’s soup, dumplings, or something experimental (don’t worry, it’s always edible). I’d love to share a hike, a snowboarding or surfing trip, or just swap fun travel stories over a good meal.
My Interests
I like to create something with my own hands
