À propos de moi

CURRENT MISSION

play, love, inspire

ABOUT ME

My favorite thing is MUSIC. I just love it. To do it, to listen to it, to dance to it, to talk about it, to think about it, anything...

I decided to become a musician as it has been my dream since i first heard The Beatles when i was 9.
I have two active bands these days, Lanou, playing love folk, and a mantra band with my name :D (sometimes a group of ten, with 5 singer girls, a violinist, a bassist and two drummers)
And there is my old band, Karuna, a trio playing mantras with soft grooves, inviting all to sing with us. We are guitar-clarinet-percussion with two voices, lot of fun. (this band is on maternaty leave, but still a fun band)
Every full moon we host a mantra and voice workshop, digging deep into ourselves. Wonderful connections...
I used to play in another trio, Matana, with whom we play spiritual chill-out, trying to touch the people, to bring a moment of peace, with violin, guitar, hang and voices.

My first instrument is the guitar, but more and more i explore my voice. What a wonderful journey it is. :)

Walking the spiritual path is the cornerstone of my life, i practice tai chi , chi kung, meditaion. And yes, mantras.
I feel that knowing myself is very important.

PHILOSOPHY

Music is good.
Every moment is magic.
Learn from everyone.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I just came back from my first CS trip, and i can tell you, it is one of the great wonders of the world.
The best way to meet people and to see the place they live at.
My advise: travel with CS!

I've been surfing twice in Spain, twice in Amsterdam, once in London, four times in Istambul and they were all special days i keep in my heart.

And in fact, maybe it is not called CouchSurfing, but i had many similar experiences, being hosted by many, in many places. I also ended up hosting a guy who we just met on the street and asked us for directions for a festival...
Life is pure CS...
