About Me

🇻🇪I am Gerard! Living in harmony with myself and with the whole, I love to cook and the people call me chef, I am gonna sell my restaurant and start a trip.
Start August 03/ 2019
I have decided to give up the usual life (working 14 hours a day) to undertake this Adventure. For now, these are the countries, from where we are living in Madrid through Andorra, France: Montpellier, Marseille, Monaco, Italy: Genoa, Florence , San Marino, Venice, Slovenia, Hungary (Budapest) , Slovakia (Bratislava), Serbia (Belgrade), Kosovo, Macedonia, Greece (Thessaloniki), Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia, and flying back from either Rome or Athens to New York City. but surely the road will show us the way. Now if some locals of some of these cities mentioned can help us with some advice on: what to do, what to eat, places to go, cultural celebrations, holidays, or festivals that may take place during this time period, and also if you want to meet us on our trip or just share with locals (we do not ask for accommodation) only advice and help from locals. thank you very much in advance to all. See you on the way.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

To be alive!

We settle and resign ourselves to carrying out a prefabricated existence. When interacting with other human beings, we tend to maintain trivial relationships and inconsequential encounters, lacking connection, authenticity and intimacy...
I dedicated myself to breaking these behavior patterns.

Ahhh

l've dabbled in a couple of cookbooks_ No biggie, just a few kitchen adventures you might enjoy.
