I have grown up somewhere between the Arasbaran forest and I did move to Tehran for theatre education. But capital life wasn't really for me. So I started traveling. I do move and stay whenever I feel the need to. I have great respect for geography and exploring myself through experiencing nature and different cultures.
I do teach yoga online.
And I give sessions to people wherever I am.
I’m also a Yomeiho Trappist.

And enjoy reading and writing.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like this platform for providing a safe space to know people who travel and welcome travelers. I think it's a huge help for this community. Right now I am leaving my house and I'm not able to host. I may enjoy the companionship of locals as I travel and when I had a place of my own again, I will welcome guests :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I feel my heart and I can hear my body speaking to me. So I can be a good friend to myself and constantly help myself to stay on track. My experience tells me that I can help others to do the same for themselves and I think this is amazing :)
