I'm a writer based out of Los Angeles. I've spent some time in France and elsewhere abroad, with many more adventures exploring the world to come. I'm very active, have a husky and a cat, and love a good beer, music, reading, collecting records and chatting about life and literature. I've done improv, been on tour with famous 80s hair metal bands, gone skydiving, jumped into a river full of snakes and much more - I'm always up for an interesting experience. I'm in the process of fleshing out a novella and a website dedicated to curiosities and enthralling stories throughout history. I love history, storytelling and thinking about everything from the remarkable to the mundane.

I always want to learn more about the cultures and countries I'm visiting, as well as make new friends. I spend plenty of time exploring on my own, but would love another traveler or a local's perspective, too! I'm hoping Couchsurfing will help me seek out some wonderful new companions. While I'm home in LA, I'd love to meet travelers who are passing through and looking to swap stories and have a drink or explore.
