I am currently a junior undergraduate student at the University of Pittsburgh where I study molecular biology. I am a brother of the service fraternity Alpha Phi Omega, and I volunteer in a cancer immunology research laboratory. I hope to attend medical school in the (not too distant) future, but for the time being I am content broadening my horizons in Denmark/Europe for the semester.
I want to use this opportunity to travel to new places, get to know new people, and learn about their cultures and backgrounds. I am a very outgoing and friendly person, and I just enjoy engaging with others no matter where I go.

I am currently studying abroad in Copenhagen, and am interested in meeting locals within this city as well as other places I hope to travel throughout my time here.

Interests

As I student, I am interested in biology, physiology, medical research, and philosophy.
While I am not studying, I enjoy traveling to new places and exploring. I love being outdoors - hiking, running, skiing, kayaking, biking, bouldering...or being indoors - reading, drinking coffee, meditating, cooking, spending time with friends or my family. I like meeting new people, and trying new things.
