I am just another traveler who wants to see the world. I just finished my degree in Melbourne, and I'm heading to South and Central America this year!
Live. Learn. Enjoy.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I go to CS meetings in Melbourne almost every week, and when my housemates let me, I love hosting people. It's my first choice when traveling.
I have had only fabulous experiences! I've met some great people, all so different from one another but with the commonality that they are all kind, interesting and generous people. I have had experiences that would have been impossible otherwise, and seen places through different points of view than that of your average backpacker (i.e. my own).
Currently, my main interest is traveling: meeting people, seeing new places and experiencing new things. I want to see as much of the world as I can. People fascinate me. I love history, nature and architecture. I will learn anything that people are willing to teach me.
I enjoy writing, reading, coffee, and everything that goes with it.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love all three! I will read, watch and listen to anything, given the time. Currently going through a Tom Waits phase.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I couch surfed unofficially in Brussels for one night - a lovely woman rescued me from sleeping in the train station, and invited me to stay at her flat. That kind of generosity towards a complete stranger really struck me: it's a rare gift.
Archaeology in Israel. Watching "warm-ups" for midnight street-racing in Hanoi, Vietnam.
Teach, Learn, Share
I don't know what I can teach people, but I make a mean cheesecake!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I love cooking for people!
