My name's George, I live in Thessaloniki the last 9 years and I basically love travelling, meeting new people, discovering new music genres and bands, and creating fun memories😁 I'm passionate about experiencing new things and learning about different cultures, and especially after been lucky enough to participate in 2 Erasmus mobilities during my studies I have clearly realized that the most important and unique part of travelling is always the people that you are gonna meet and the funniest stories always happen when you get out of your comfort zone!

I think that the biggest excitement about visiting a new place is always to find people who will help you go off the beaten path and discovering the city with a local is is best way get into its vibe, because every place is unique after all and has its own stories! That's the reason I'd also love to be this guy when you visit my place and since I am constantly interested in learning new things, I appreciate a good conversation on any topic! Moreover, being regularly broke during my university years🤣, I surely can feel the importance of reducing the travelling expenses and CS is a win/win situation for everyone with the same mindset!

Hmm something which might sounds not regular is my recent attempts to turn my balcony into a brewery, learning home to make homemade beers with friends! For sure a brewing day can be a really funny day for any surfer willing to join us🤣 I also love nature a lot so I'd definitely appreciate a good hike or camping any time!!

I can surely give a piece of advice to anyone planning to visit Thessaloniki about where to find the secret gems in the city, eat and drink well and stay on a budget and it is always my pleasure to meet new people, have a drink or a walk together and show them the city, sharing funny stories!
