ABOUT ME

I'm a wife and mother of four amazingly happy, well adjusted, interesting, funny beautiful children ages 8 to 20. I own my own business and work part time. I travel with girlfriends regularly to Europe but take my leisure vacations with my husband. We live in a beautiful large red brick victorian home , by the water in a great neighborhood, lots of trees.

PHILOSOPHY

Life has a way of working itself out. To lead a life of passion and joy, and have no regrets(I'm working at doing away with my regrets).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I only recently found out about this but Summer 2006, we hosted an exchange student from Spain for 3 weeks and then a student from China for three weeks. We all enjoyed the experience very much!

Interests

Where to begin? I know all the best places to eat and drink and dance in Montreal so that keeps me busy, bar-b-q's with friends, extra people always welcome to these events, Love to shop and know where to shop. Really into the gym, aerobics, weight training, step, combat etc... othermise, love to read, have happy hour with friends, tell funny stories, hear funny stories, cook a good meal, play piano, sit by the fire and watch t.v.(sometimes), travelling, cruises, lying in the sun, basically, I live the good life!

Music, Movies, and Books

Fav's include, Crash, English Patient, Forest Gump, anything with a strong story line. In my house, all kinds of music are played, depending on what is going on but tend to listen to what is most current.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Corny, but the most amazing thing to me has been watching my children, especially the oldest who is almost twenty, grow and develop into her own person, sometimes I look at them and think wow, I made them!

Teach, Learn, Share

Because I work part time, I am available for sight seeing, shopping, and clubing, yes, even until they close which here is 3 a.m. Or if you prefer to go on your own, no problem, I can just point you in the right direction. Am open to learn about almost anything.
