COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I went to Athens for 8 days and spent a great time there. My host put up several other people from all over Europe at the same time, so it wasn't boring at all! He showed us the best places in Athens, the beach, etc... and we had a great time together. In my old flat here in Freiburg, I hosted a Russian student for about one week which was really cool. However, as there are sooo many people offering a couch in Freiburg, I never got a chance again to host anybody... ;-) For me, hospitalityclub and couchsurfing are one of the best ways to travel! It's not only for free, but you have so much more fun and get to know the country so much better than by traveling alone and living in an anonymous hotel room...
