HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING As a matter of fact, I got at least 30 requests per month from people attracted by NYC, but it is extremely difficult for me to host any. Most apartments in Manhattan are tiny, shabby and rat-friendly, and it is especially true for a poor grad student like me xdd.
