CURRENT MISSION To live the only life I know for sure I've got to the fullest. Experiencing the wonderous myriad of people and places and trying to bring a little something to where I'm at. ABOUT ME Just turned 21 so I'm learning how to enjoy myself in public lol. If you've gotten this far you already know how I pass my seasons. I just started at a medical laboratory which has been pretty cool. Working 7 days on and 7 days off has been fantastic! Seems like I can do what I want when I want (in a way). Still don't have a car yet so I'm doing the whole bus/bike thing around town. I love hanging out and meeting new people though and am way excited at the prospect of new friends even if only temporary. Salt Lake City has a bad stigma for being only Mormon Polygimists but there's actually a ton here to do especially if you are into the outdoors scene. I used to hate the politics here so bad that I moved away as soon as I graduated but I made the mistake of moving to a place that was worse lol...Campbellsville, KY. I moved back pretty quickly. This last winter I finally got down to learning how to snowboard and fell in love with it (as well as into a few things ;) So yeah I'm pretty relaxed like to go with the flow. Why I'm on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I've never couch surfed at a place I didn't know the owner of said couch lol. But I do love waking up early in the morning and making coffee for everyone that's conscious. I end up having the deepest conversations it seems when everyone is just waking up and mellow.
Music, Movies, and Books
Not enough room in this one... :D lol
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I had the most amazing 18th birthday present. It was a 10 day camping/rock climbing trip down the Californian coast with a few days spent in Yosemite. I loved every second of it and was sad to see it pass by so quickly.
Teach, Learn, Share
Everything happens for a reason; good, bad, indifferent. Apathy is not an option. Learn from everyone and thing that comes into your life. Even those that you can't stand often pose the most enriching lessons. Same goes with harsh trials. But even after you learn something don't forget that people are learning from you too. Be kind, smile, stand for what you believe in and love as much as possible.
My Interests
Pretty ecclectic but here we go...traveling whenever I can, reading, biking, camping, climbing, snowboarding, knitting, hiking, hanging out, cooking, parties, swimming, just in general playing and having fun.
