I'm currently writing for the website http://fasolakiarecipe.blogspot.com/2014/10/what-is-fasolakia.html about greek green beans (fasolakia) recipes. The green beans are an eminently summer homemade food that most of them cause nostalgic memories of their man. And there is also my fault in my appreciation and the only problem of this otherwise great Greek dish.
For my experience, having eaten this food from many mothers and grandmothers, not all of mine, of course , is that they are wrong with the way they cook it. And so they mistakenly teach the taste criterion of their children (I and you), who, in such cases, do not dare to resist and rebel against the previous generation, adopting and perpetuating its culinary culinary practices. I see it in the office, in the pots of green beans that colleagues bring to the kitchen for lunch, which I do not envy, but they help me to understand what is happening.
