I’m currently attempting a 3-week medically supervised water-only fast in Santa Rosa, California. Afterwards, I would like to stay & work in the Southern California area, hoping to continue a healthy eating & exercise regimen until I can find a steady job & paycheck.

I believe I am a student/teacher at heart so I love to learn and pass on my knowledge. My experiences in NYC, wwoofing (volunteering on a farm) in California, visiting Cuidad de Mexico, France, Germany, India, living in China and playing & coaching sports have been rich & memorable. I have also been attaining a vegan lifestyle for almost 4 years and love to share/enjoy its benefits with others.
