I am currently living in northern Iceland. i have lived in Reykjavik for twenty years and created a new journey for myself in the northern parts of the island. My favorite part of the north is the mountains and plenty amounts of snow. Another bonus of north coast life in Iceland is the amazing photography, especially for the amazing Northern lights. The town that i live in has many opportunities for skiing, snowboarding, whale watching, hiking, helicopter rides, coastal waterfalls and mountain streams/rivers. The "capital" for the nothern part of Iceland is Akureyri, I live in Ólafsfjörður that is only 50 km from Akureyri.

I am a super easy going guy and i have amazing dog .i lives in an apartment with a spare room's and i like the idea /opportunity of meeting other cultures from around the world and also sharing laughs and good times with people alike. My Facebook you are velkom to add me .

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

having a spare bedroom and a clean house, i believe a world traveler like myself is prime to either surf couch or offer up surf. i am very open minded and easy going which i believe creates a very comfortable place to stay for someone who is trying to save money and/or experience the local vibe of what the island has to offer. i work through out the week but on weekends and spare time i am SO open to traveling around and day trips in car or at least recommending hidden gems around some of the local parts.
