I am a California native living in Texas who is always looking for the next adventure! I try to take my dog anywhere I can since I got her in October 2017. I love meeting new people and visiting new and interesting areas! I have been making traveling more of a priority with an emphasis on meeting new people and immersing myself in local and foreign cultures. This seems to be a great way to accomplish all of those ideas.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Looking for somewhere great to stay, hopefully with a local to get some insight on the area that I am visiting! I have come to realise that the best way to see a city is through the eyes of a local, hitting all the mom & pop shops and quirky finds in that area, getting a REAL feel for the lifestyle there.

Interests

Going to the beach is probably my favorite thing to do, but any outside activity and I am there! I have just recently (the past year) gotten into hiking, and I have been missing out. I love to be able to see cities and landscapes from such amazing views. National Parks are definitley at the top of my list, but who doesn't have them up there. I just really love spending time with people I love, making memories that will last a lifetime.

MUSIC: Country, Pop, 90's Rock

BOOK: The Alchemist, this book is truly life-changing, it has made me look at thing in such a different light. Allowing me to find the deeper meaning behind everything.

MOVIES: The Back to the Future Trilogy is and always will be my favorite movies, no doubt about it! But Jurassic Park 1-4, Transformers, The Princess Bride, and Fever Pitch are all amazing!
