My name is Haley, but most folks call me Zap!

I'm originally from a small town in Iowa (for my non American friends, this is farm country in the USA), but have lived in Nashville for 5 years.

Being from Iowa, I didn’t grow up with a global perspective, so being on couchsurfing has given me exposure to different cultures, languages, histories, and life experiences that I deeply value.

For fun I lift weights, hike, solo travel, ride my bike, host wig themed bar crawls, stay involved with local politics, try new restaurants, dress up in costumes, and read.
