CURRENT MISSION I want to fly to Washington DC and New York next summer. It would be the first travel I make alone. ABOUT ME Hello, I'm a 18 years old French student who dreams to visit the world. I live in the north of France and have already visited some countries in Europe, such as England, Spain, Switzerland, Germany, Belgium. My project for the summer holidays is to fly to Washington and NYC, for 3 weeks or for a month. My greatest dream is to travel the world only with my feets. I hope I'll do this one day. PHILOSOPHY I think that no human life should be wasted. If you want to do something, let's do it: you don't have to listen to the people that want to make you live a boring life! Routine is not for me...!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING I live with my parents, so I can't make you come to sleep at home. When I have an appartment, I'll let you come sleep on my sofa ;-) However, if you come here in Charleville-Mezieres, and if you want, it would be a pleasure for me to make you discover the city and tell you what places you can visit in the french and belgian Ardennes. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE I have no experience yet ! My "first time" will probably be next summer in the USA !
Music, Movies, and Books
I love Stephen King's books, Mary Higgins Clark, Agatha Christie... I recently discovered the Icelander author Arnaldur Indridasson, and I love his style. I also read some science-fiction books (2001: A Space Odyssey is my favorite). My favorite movies? Mmh I don't know, I like too many... I would say that Fight Club is my favorite one. Then, I like some types of music, such as classical (Four Seasons of Vivaldi!), I love artists like Brian Eno, Vitalic, Enya, Queen, Ennio Morricone, Police, Air, ES Posthumus, My Morning Jacket, Rondo Veneziano, Harold Budd, Era, and so many others... it is to say many types of music :)

I'm actually at university, studying Health, Security and Environment in corporations. I don't think it could help you, but who knows? I know several historical points about the place where I live.
My Interests
I'm interested in many subjects such as environment, politics, economy, reading, some sports (I love to hike, ride my bicycle)... I respect all points of view, but that doesn't mean I don't want to debate !
