Due to the fact that couchsurfing now is not my main priority in life, my response rate has dropped to 7%, ha ha! It doesn't mean that I don't enjoy this concept of travelling. I still love it, and i love to meet people with whom I can feel being friends from the first moment. But (fortunately or unfortunately?) I live in Eindhoven, and the travellers that come here are mostly interested "to leave next morning" . I don't mind a short visit, but I do mind shallow use of Couchsurfing. So, if you are going to send me a couch request without telling why I need to open my door specially for you here is my answer that I will copy and paste as a reply to your unpersonal and very shallow message:

I feel sorry that couchsurfing has been fludded by people like you. I am part of this community since 2008., and I can still remember that people took good care to browse through profiles of their pottential hosts/friends, they took care that their profile is propperly filled and they took time to write a propper couch request. Fortunately, there still are such people and i would be pleased to open my door to share some nice moments and, i'm almost sure, start a friendship. But you are not such a person. Because for me it seems that all you can do is try to get what you want without any effort, any imput from your side. Even to book a hotel room you might need to write more detailed message, and then pay 50$ per night, having no further interaction.

I have couchsurfed quite something, as well as hosted different people, and I really like the idea of CS, as well as most of the people I have met via CS. I actually can't imagine my life, how it would be without CS - I wouldn't have some really good friendships, nice moments, and the person i love the most.
Until today I haven't managed to grow up, so I normally can't offer too much of comfort when I'm hosting, but when I grow up, i definitely will have more space for couchsurfers! :) But me too - I'm not a demanding guest, and appreciate exactly everything that a host is happy to share. :)

Intereses

I love my husband, our sweet child Vincent and I love to play music on streets. All the rest depends on what paper it's wrapped in.

I paint, i draw, i do needleworks, I write songs, i (very badly, but passionately, and that's more important than quality) play guitar and sing, I learn and i teach, I explore, i open, I believe, I dream, I smoke and I collect the experiances of being able to be a human.

Movies -
The dark Chrystal, August Rush, Kung-fu Panda, The peaceful warrior, - these are movies I have seen millions of times, and can watch again and again. :)
All the rest - depends on the mood.

Music - my favorite music is love.

Books - My boyfriend loves books and reads a lot of them, so, i can be busy with some other things. :)

Qué puedo ofrecer a los anfitriones

Since we have Vincent I prefer if guests can explore the town by themselves. I can share some lovely time with conversations, some music instruments to play together and chill evening after Vincent is sleeping. :)
