Overview
About Me
Hey! I'm Hassan, a friendly and open-minded traveller who loves meaningful conversations, spontaneous adventures, and learning about life from different perspectives. I'm originally from Karachi, Pakistan currently based in Muscat, Oman, and I'm always looking for ways to connect with people beyond borders.
Currently, I am serving as a chemical engineer in the Oil & Gas sector. Previously, I have been in the digital space where building a Digital Brand and E-commerce is my passion.
I am always passionate about new technologies, so you will always find me Doing Stocks/Crypto trading in my free time.
I'm passionate about local cuisines, hiking, photography, and history, and I believe the best way to understand a culture is through its people. That’s why I love Couchsurfing — it turns travel into friendship.
I consider myself respectful, clean, and easygoing. Whether we're sharing stories over tea, exploring the city, or just chilling at home, I’m always happy to genuinely connect with hosts and guests.

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not a big movie person, but I do enjoy a good horror or mystery film. When it comes to reading, I'm really into psychology and financial literacy books — I love understanding how people think and how money works.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Backpacked solo through the UAE with nothing but a small bag and an open mind — I met strangers who became friends for life and discovered how kind the world truly is.
Teach, Learn, Share
I’d be happy to share what I know about building a digital startup or even some insights into trading. I also love exchanging life stories and experiences — there's always something to learn from each other. I bring a good sense of humour and positive energy wherever I go. I’m also happy to help around the house or cook a traditional dish from my country — my friends call me a pro cook, and I like to believe they're right!
