About Me

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I’m on Couchsurfing because I believe the best part of traveling is connecting with people. I love learning about different cultures, sharing stories, and seeing the world through someone else’s perspective. For me, Couchsurfing isn’t just about a place to stay—it’s about genuine exchange, new friendships, and creating experiences that make travel more meaningful.
Interests
As someone who truly enjoys the cultural exchange and diversity that Couchsurfing offers, please keep this respectful. Couchsurfing is not a hookup app, and is designed for making genuine connections and learning more about others culture and perspectives on life.
So let’s keep it that way, and enough of the craziness ✌️
Hey there! 👋 I’m from Sacramento and definitely a California girl at heart 🌴☀️ I love the diversity, openness, and laid-back vibes that come with being here. For me, life feels best when it’s full of new adventures, meaningful connections, and a little spontaneity ✨
I’m drawn to travel because of the people I meet along the way 🌍💫 Nothing excites me more than hearing about someone’s home, culture, or the wild stories from their own travels. I believe those little exchanges—over coffee ☕, a shared meal 🍲, or just walking around a new city 🚶♀️—are what make the world feel beautifully connected.
Adventure is my happy place 🏞️⛺ I love whitewater fun 💦, exploring off-the-beaten-path spots 🗺️, and saying “yes” to things that push me outside my comfort zone. But I also have a soft side—I’m just as happy sitting under the stars ✨, hanging out with animals 🐾, or enjoying a slow evening with good company 🍷.
One of my biggest achievements was taking off solo for 4 months with just my backpack 🎒 That trip changed me in the best way—it gave me confidence, unforgettable memories, and friendships that I still treasure today ❤️
My friends would describe me as adventurous, spontaneous, and always curious. I love deep talks and silly laughs, cultural exchanges, late-night stories 🌙, and discovering the little things that make each person and place unique 🌸

Music, Movies, and Books
I’m into a wide variety of music and always love discovering something new. Most of what I listen to falls into indie pop, Hawaiian reggae, or really anything with an upbeat vibe and a story behind it. When it comes to books, I’m not much of a heavy reader, but I enjoy exploring poetry and pieces that focus on life, outlooks, and different perspectives.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One amazing thing I’ve done is finding the courage to solo travel—it opened up a whole new world of adventure and self-discovery for me. I’ve also explored a lot locally, which has made me appreciate the beauty close to home just as much as faraway places. Along the way, I earned a whitewater certification and fell in love with adventure sports like skiing, rafting, kayaking, and most recently, backpacking. Each of these experiences has pushed me out of my comfort zone and shown me how much I can grow
Teach, Learn, Share
I can share my experiences from solo backpacking and the lessons travel has taught me about people, cultures, and adventure. I’d love to learn from others about their traditions, perspectives, and the places that shaped them, whether through stories, food, or just everyday life. What I enjoy most is sharing meaningful conversations, laughter, and genuine moments that turn into lasting memories.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I’m an honest, outgoing, and kind person who loves connecting with others 🤗 I’d be happy to share my outlooks on travel, my perspective on the world 🌍, and stories from my adventures 🎒—like my 4-month solo backpacking trip that completely changed how I see life.
I enjoy meaningful conversations over food 🍲 or coffee ☕, trading travel stories 🗺️, or just laughing about the little things 🌙✨. I can bring spontaneity, good vibes, and genuine curiosity to any hangout. I also love learning about your culture, traditions, or even just your favorite local spots 🌸
