Hello, I'm Heita and Japanese who has lived in Cebu, Philippines for more than one and a half years.

I work for an ESL school as a school manager, and that's what brought me to Cebu.

Before coming to Cebu, I lived in Vancouver, Canada for one year and then started off travelling Eastern Africa namely Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Tanzania for six months while volunteering sometimes.

I really like to see new people because they inspire me to move forward all the time. So far, I'm happy to spend my time in Cebu because I'm always surrounded by the Cebuano who is easygoing, outgoing, and hospitable.
