I hold a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and previously worked as a manager at a local NGO in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq during 2021 and 2022. During that time, we operated a language and development centre where we provided English and personal development courses to support the local community.

Although I am no longer involved with the centre, it was a truly rewarding and enjoyable experience. We had a free second floor in the building and often welcomed guests. In return, we would invite them to either:
• Teach a short English class, or
• Go live on our Facebook page to share their travel experiences with our students, which they found very inspiring.

In 2024, I moved to England, where I now live and continue to stay connected with educational and community-focused efforts.
