Hi there!
I'm Helen, 22 and from Germany :)
After school I moved to Trier (in the west of Germany), where I lived for the last 3 years and I recently got my bachelor's degree in Psychology.
I'm open minded, love having exciting and deep conversations and I am interested in other people's experiences and their views of the world :)
Also I'm easy-going and always up for an adventure!
Meeting people from all over the world, learning about their experiences is fascinating to me and something I love to do.
Apart from that I'm outdoorsy, love almost all kind of sports and making people happy (and having them do the same for me :D)
At the moment I am very interested in Meditation, Yoga and I read a lot about spirituality and I would love to internalize it. Also I would love to learn how to surf.
All in all I'm up for anything the world has to offer :))

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Ever since I was a child, my parents took my sister and me traveling all over the world.
Now that I’m standing on my own feet, I want to find a way to finance traveling on my own.
The fact that couchsurfing allows me not only to do that but also to meet people with very different life stories who might enrich my own life is why I chose to sign up to this website. I’m excited to get to know more cultures from all around the world!

When I was a kid, I lived with my family in the Philippines for half a year- it was my first impressive experience in foreign countries :)

I know some German and Russian songs and poems, can cook German dishes, played cello a long time ago (maybe I can still do it? :D)
