Hi ! I'm Ashish and I come from India. I have been living in Denmark for quite some time and I love this country a lot. I am a Postdoc in the field of wind energy (now you know why I love this country - you have wind all the time ;)).

Before moving here I spent few years in Germany where I did my masters and worked for some time. I am a simple and easy going person.

Spare time: Hanging out with friends, cooking (vegetarian), watching movies, cycling, badminton. Travel is big for me, always up to try new and exciting challenges.

Music: I wouldn't say i have a favorite genre of music, if it sounds good then i'll listen to it no matter what the genre.

Movies: Thrillers/horror/ feel good movies, I always look for moments in a movie that gets you carried by it's feel
(Shawshank Redemption, Life is Beautiful, Forest Gump, The Silence of the Lambs, Prisoners, The invisible guest and the list goes on...)

Books: I don't read as much in my free time, I prefer to read technical books

I love cooking, I can teach quick/easy recipes of some of the popular dishes from my country. The same goes the other way around, I'd be glad to try and know the recipes of traditional foods from the guests.

Also, I am very enthusiastic to learn languages, so if the traveler/guest speaks languages which I don't know, I would be eager to know or learn the basic words. I would love to share funny moments, memorable experiences from my life and listen to others (if interested to share) as well. I enjoy having deep conversations.

Give a tour of the city, show some nice places to hangout & party. Would be very much happy to make homemade meals, eat together, have a chat, listen to music. Also, I can take you to some nice street food places or restaurants. Explore Copenhagen.
