Me and my friend Jesse have a nice house with plenty of free parking around it near LoHi / Highlands (just west of downtown).

Walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants and a short Uber ride to downtown. Easy to hop on the highway right next to us to go into the mountains. Boulder is a short 30 min drive.

I go skiing regularly with friends, so we could take a trip almost any day that I'm not totally stacked with work. I have the Rocky Mountain Super Pass, you're welcome to use one of my Buddy Passes if I have any left (I think it's a $40 discount).

I also go rock climbing at Movement Fitness, welcome to join my group. Day pass is $18 ($10 if its your first time going).

We also have a sun deck built into a tree about 12 feet up that's really nice to just sit outside on.

We are very easy to get along with, regularly have friends over for dinners and like to chat about how to keep growing our startup businesses. I started 3 tech startups that did well so feel free to have a Q&A on that!
