ABOUT ME

I'm a cat person, but I always greet dogs on the sidewalk. I love to laugh, dance, play, sew, paint, debate, write, read, ski, cook, bake, do yoga, play with photoshop...the list goes on. I'm always up for adventure and/or silliness, as long as there's a camera coming along.

PHILOSOPHY

Happiness is a choice. Sleep when you're dead. Your stomach doesn't have eyes. The only thing we're guaranteed is right now. Don't complain about something if you can do something about it; and if you are doing something about it, then stop complaining!

Pretty much everything. I consider myself a research-aholic. I love to learn/try new things. I just got back from fiesta mayor, where I danced the night away to an amazing drum line! I also love making friends with people I sit next to on airplanes. You get a lot of business cards, and exchange lots of interesting stories that way!

painting the sunset in montana, fighting fire in missouri, photographing salmon in alaska, painting a mural of the national heroes in jamaica, petting jellyfish in the BVIs, following the wind to the mediterranean, participating in an artist's residency in spain, building houses in mexico, sailing with my dad all over the carribean and SF bay, winning the history fair in 7th grade

I can teach you how to Texas two-step, and maybe a little lindy hop or blues, but most of the dancing I do is either improv or I just fake it till I make it! I've also been painting for about 20 years so I might be able to teach a little art, and I loooove art history, so I like to think I'm a good person to have along in a museum-- free, enthusiastic tour guide!
