CURRENT MISSION Currently preparing to move to the Seattle area with my girlfriend Krista Cary ABOUT ME We are a creative couple married to the idea of traveling light. We are currently in the process of moving our life to the Seattle area of WA, where we will both be attending school. Andrew is from Mississippi, and Krista from California. We met in our travels and "settled down" for a time in Venice Beach CA. Andrew sustained a knee injury in Joshua Tree and was in need of surgery. We then decided to have the surgery completed in his home town near his family, which is where we reside at the moment. His knee is healing very well and it is time to take to the road once again. We are headed to the pacific north west and will be looking for a residence immediately upon arrival.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE We have little couch surfing experience as we tend to travel alone and prefer to camp. We are hoping this wont deter you from contacting us, as we assure you we are very friendly despite our more introverted lifestyle this far.

We enjoy experimental music, folk, ambient, electronic. Artistic independent films Various classic and off-kilter authors such as Hemingway, Murakami, Tao Lin, Sam Pink, Kobo Abe, Faulkner, David Foster Wallace, Dostoyevsky, &c.
My Interests
We enjoy coffee (roasting, brew methods, and consuming mostly)! We are both relatively creative individuals but in our own ways, Andrew is a talented musician and Krista uses more traditional mediums. We have a similar passion for craft beer as we do coffee and enjoy tasting local brews. Andrew can play a mean game of scrabble and Krista likes entertaining with her fire poi.
