About Me

Hi! I’m Humberto, an energetic and passionate person who believes in the power of art, connection, and cultural exchange. I’m originally from the border between Mexico and the U.S., and currently based in Florida. My life has always been filled with music, dance, and stories — I work as a choreographer and in the hospitality industry, and I’m always curious to meet new people, learn from different cultures, and grow through every experience.

¡Hola!

I’m respectful, positive, and open-minded. Whether we’re talking about life, dancing to good music, or sharing a cup of coffee, I always bring good vibes. Couchsurfing, to me, is about building real human connections across the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy Latin music, pop, and anything with rhythm that makes me want to dance. I’m a fan of inspiring movies, especially those based on true stories. As for books, I enjoy autobiographies, history, and motivational literature — anything that helps me grow or understand life from a different perspective.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I created and directed unforgettable choreographies for large quinceañera events in Mexico and the U.S., blending modern dance with traditional culture. One of the most amazing moments was leading a massive performance with over 30 dancers on stage — it was a celebration of life, art, and teamwork.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Latin dance, choreography, and stage movement. I love learning about different cultures, local traditions, and new languages. I enjoy sharing stories, deep conversations, and good food with people from all over the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share great conversation, laughter, and positive energy. I’m also happy to cook a simple Mexican dish, share some Latin dance moves, or help with anything around the house. I love to listen, exchange life stories, and contribute to a kind and respectful environment. And of course — I’m always up for a good coffee!
