ABOUT ME

I'm enraptured by the world, all it has to offer, its beauty and its simultaneous sadness and tragedy. I want to see it all and I'm working on it. I imagine a world without borders where all people are free to move and live where suits them best. I try to learn from my mistakes and try not to make them again. I find most things interesting. I find most people interesting. I love digging down and getting to know the nitty gritty of people. I love sharing experiences and forging bonds that last lifetimes. Art is my religion and through art i have learned to express myself more thoroughly.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

i'm participating in this as a host...I wish the world didn't have to operate with money, and didn't have borders, and I believe in a world community and people seeing and experiencing as much of the world as they can...even KS. SO...I'm offering whatever I can in my house, to make these things as possible as I can.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I hosted some people in 2005 and I hit up couch surfing as a surfer in summer of 06. THANK YOU to all the wonderful people who put me up and helped me along. you were ALL wonderful generous people with hearts of GOLD!
my profile says I joined in December 2006, but I had a joint profile, and recently changed and made my own individual profile. so i've been around a while and hope to stick around for a while longer.

travelling....duh. MUSIC. philosophy. good discussions analyzing the likelihood that the world is redeemable...analyzing anything really. i love history, and political science. art history and modern art, specifically howard hodgkin, picasso, and van gogh. amsterdam, italy, love.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I've had my world expanded by an incredible eye opening trip through Europe. i wish I had more time in each place, but I've never been so quiet for so long and just taken in the things around me...it was so much to process and left me taken aback and silent for much of the trip. It was incredible.
