Hi,

My name is Iris, and grew up on a small organic farm in Eugene, OR.

Currently, I live in Portland, OR, working as a nutritionist and local foods chef with my company, Sol Food Nutrition, LLC, providing individualized nutrition counseling programs, cooking classes, and workshops, to the community and companies. Some of my favorite activities are swimming and surfing (anything water related), dancing, singing, hiking/ backpacking, traveling, cooking and eating delicious food, reading, listening to music, and intentional conversations.
