COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I like sharing stories and experiences. I despise hotels and usual travel industry settings and prefer staying with locals, seeing their everyday reality. When I'm at home, I like showing people around, because there is plenty to see in rural Hungary.

Interessen

I'm adventurous and I like to let myself drift as fate wants me to do. I like hiking and hitchhiking, I like nature and sometimes a bit of an urban challenge, I like to travel in alternative ways and per-planning is not my cup of tea. I love leaving gaps in my daily routine for unexpected things.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I love Russian literature (F. Sologub, Dostoevskiy, Chehov, Bunin) and I enjoy reading Oscar Wilde, Edgar Allan Poe. Of course I have Hungarian favourites too - Géza Csáth and Judit Ágnes Kiss(poetry).

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I had one of my dream journeys come true: from the Arctic to the Himalayas.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I'm happy to share the workload around the house, and in the household. I've experience with cleaning, chopping wood, cooking, cutting the grass etc. I worked on farms in the past, so any manual work or work with animals is fine. Besides, I like socializing, so sharing good stories could also be part of the experience.
