Feel free to send a request, but please pay attention at few important things :)
1. Read carefully our neighborhood's description. It is a quite late-soviet block which is situated close to the seaside surrounded by parks and wide streets. BUT it's a bit far from the city center (1 hour by public transport). BUT some say that staying in our place is a good chance to see and feel a non-touristic way of living.
2. The best of all is staying for 2 nights. In an extraordinary case, i can host you for more, but it has to be the really special case :)
3. Last minute requests are available only in emergency cases, if it is close for you to spend the night on the street, contact me, maybe we could figure something out.

I guess i know enough about my city to plan the touristic or non-touristic route for you. If i have enough time, i would be glad to join you in your explorations and may be to guide you. Anyway, i can show you or tell you how to find the main attractions as well as hidden ones.
