Why I'm on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING When I travel I try to use CS as much as I can, as it is great way to feel local at a new place, experience something unique, share and teach. As for hosting, I live in modern and quite new studio-apartment on 20th floor by myself close to the center of Moscow and in 2 minutes walk from Begovaya Metro station which is grand advantage. COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE Enriching and sometimes mind blowing.
Music, Movies, and Books
I love literature, what they call 'great' authors, classical, etc, but I try to search for new names as well. Among the ones I like are Hemingway, Tolstoy, Pushkin, Iskander, Mann, Mark Twain, Brodsky, Blok, Kafka, Steinbeck, Chekhov and many others. As for music, I enjoy a wide range of very different music from classical to indi, rock, etc. I also love cinematography, both documentaries and fictional films. As for directors, I value Cohen brothers, Wes Anderson, Fellini, Malik and many others.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Watching New Year fireworks from the windows of an empty Airbus with only 3 passagers onboard somewhere above Warsaw.
